Florentine Green Bird Nest Bowl

A small bowl in the shape of a bird nest with an impressed hand painted bluebird in the center. Freehand markings were applied to the clay to imitate the bird nest material and a red-brown stain was applied under the transparent top glaze to create a beautiful bowl that resembles a bird nest. It can be used as a fruit bowl, sauce bowl, desert bowl, or for decoration or holding jewelry, etc. Each piece is individually created on the potter’s wheel of white stoneware and the glazes are food safe. Dishwasher safe.
